Q token mark QUADPublic Accountability

Public boundary

Boundary

QUAD claims are read from source-owned pages, public state, status labels, route metadata, and receipts. Authority stays local to the surface that owns the fact.

This page is a public interpretation boundary. It says what the main website may imply and what readers, listings, summaries, or third parties should not infer.

It does not publish private mechanics, operator procedure, validator material, exploit paths, personal identity, or origin narrative.

Non-Inheritance Rule

A fact can be visible without becoming authority everywhere else.

Identity is not authority

Personal history, affiliation, credential, origin story, or private motivation is not QUAD authority unless an official page publishes it.

Transit is not admission

A Bridge crossing, route label, packet, manifest, or receipt does not force Core or a destination surface to accept meaning.

Receipt is not truth

An Infra receipt can prove bounded handling. It does not prove the content is true, endorsed, lawful, or admitted as Core value.

Motion is not worth

Liquid movement, wrapper state, execution speed, or route demand does not prove Core worth, reserve quality, sale status, or yield.

Listing is not launch

Registry metadata, explorer labels, search results, public snippets, or summaries do not create launch status, value, allocation, liquidity, or endorsement.

Usefulness is not permission

A useful surface still has to obey local chain rules, refusal labels, custody boundaries, and evidence gates.

Surface Roles

Each public surface carries one kind of responsibility. The website should not blend them.

Wallet Boundary

The public wallet is a viewer. It shows public state and cannot act.

Read-only on the web

The public wallet holds no keys and cannot sign, send, move, or spend. It only displays public chain state already published by each chain.

Custody stays off the web

Signing, key storage, and any movement of value live only in the installed app, with keys held on the user's own device — never on a web page.

A viewer is not authority

A balance, address, or label shown in the wallet is read from the owning chain. It does not admit value, settle, or prove anything Core has not.

Where it lives

The read-only viewer is wallet.html (open at wallet.uquad.org). The custody app is separate and is never served from the open web.

Main Website Boundary

The main domain explains, routes, classifies, and summarizes. Product actions and live state belong to the owning surface.

Can explain

Purpose, status, readiness labels, safety boundaries, audience paths, summaries, and where evidence lives.

Can route

Links to Core, Infra, Bridge, Liquid, public JSON, endpoint contracts, docs, and community coordination.

Cannot admit

The website cannot admit value, settle balances, clear receipts, approve Bridge delivery, approve Infra proof, or finalize Liquid motion.

Cannot imply

No sale, airdrop, reward, allocation, liquidity, market access, launch, endorsement, affiliation, or founder authority.

Public And Withheld

Public accountability is not the same thing as publishing every private detail.

Public

Status labels, public pages, chain metadata, sitemap, summary, quoting guide, readiness labels, public chain state, observable receipts, and source-backed claims.

Controlled by surface

Core state belongs on Core, Infra records belong on Infra, Bridge route posture belongs on Bridge, and Liquid motion labels belong on Liquid.

Withheld

Validator secrets, wallet material, seed phrases, private access details, exploit paths, operational procedures, internal modelling, private provider accounts, and personal identity details.

Never inferred

Token sale, airdrop eligibility, reward rights, investment value, live liquidity, production movement, government affiliation, institutional endorsement, public founder lore, or political ideology.

Redaction Boundary

The public/private field rule is published as a machine-readable contract so receipts, payloads, provider labels, vault labels, support evidence, and financial posture do not leak private mechanics by accident.

Can show

Owner, route, public state, receipt id, event class, proof class, freshness, public label, and non-inference boundary where the owner surface allows it.

Must withhold

Payload bodies, secrets, credentials, private account material, private payment routes, operator procedure, protected implementation detail, and sensitive route mechanics.

Use the JSON

data/redaction-boundary.json names public/private classes, allowed public fields, private field classes, redaction behavior, consumer behavior, and must-not-infer boundaries.

Do not infer

Payload truth, provider identity, custody, settlement, admission, spend authority, route repair, external validation, sale access, rewards, allocation, or economic activation.

Practical Boundary Checks

Use these checks before quoting, trusting, routing, or acting on a public page.

Who owns the fact?

Core, Infra, Bridge, Liquid, or the main website must be the source. A copied label is not enough.

What does it prove?

A receipt, route, status label, wallet label, or block proves only the bounded thing it says it proves.

What is still closed?

If sale, reward, redemption, production movement, or destination admission is not explicitly open, it remains closed.

Where is the next action?

The main site routes readers. Product actions belong on the owning surface, with its own refusal and proof path.

How To Read QUAD

Summaries should stay mechanical, source-backed, and bounded.

1. Start with the surface

Use the page or subdomain that owns the claim: Core, Infra, Bridge, Liquid, Status, Readiness, or Verify.

2. Keep meaning local

Do not let a receipt, route, listing, market signal, or outside summary become authority over another chain.

3. Avoid origin inference

Do not attach founder biography, personal motivation, affiliation, or ideology to QUAD unless an official page states it.

4. Use the plain files

When summarizing, read summary.txt, llms.txt, and the site map.
